## 3\. LUV Commitment Terms

- **Non-Cancellable 3-Year Term:** A fixed commitment of thirty-six (36) months. Early termination is only permitted under legally defined exceptions. In the event of a cancellation request within the 3-year term, the balance of the contract is due on receipt of notice by Firevault and payable before data can be returned.
- **Auto-Renewal Clause:** The agreement will automatically extend for an additional twelve (12) months unless written notice is received at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the initial term.
- **Credential and Safeword Responsibility:** The Customer bears full responsibility for safeguarding access credentials, safewords, and any identity authentication measures.
- **Strict Data Use Compliance:** All content stored must adhere to Firevault's data usage rules and legal restrictions as detailed in Schedule A.
- **Succession Requirement:** The Customer must appoint a legally recognised successor. If none is designated, the Vault will be permanently destroyed in the event of the Customer's death or permanent incapacitation.
- **Zero-Trust Access Model:** Vaults are fully offline by design — no remote access, no backdoors, and no monitoring capabilities.
- **Vault Handling at Term-End:** At contract expiration, Vaults will be securely delivered to the Customer or, if unclaimed, permanently destroyed in accordance with Firevault policy.
- **Regulatory Compliance:** Firevault operates in compliance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable UK national security regulations.

## 4\. Governing Law

The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement, and any dispute will first be resolved through arbitration before formal legal action is taken.

- **Malicious Software and Cybercrime Tools:** Viruses, ransomware, trojans, keyloggers, remote access tools (RATs), hacking utilities, or any code intended to disrupt, exploit, surveil, or damage digital systems or data.
- **Classified or Restricted Government Materials:** Documents or data designated as classified, secret, or protected under national security, defence, or intelligence laws in any country.
- **Fraudulent Financial Instruments:** Counterfeit documents, fake identity records, money laundering guides, forged certifications, or materials designed to facilitate fraud or financial deception.
- **Weaponry, Explosives, or Dangerous Instructional Content:** Blueprints, 3D print files, or technical schematics for firearms, explosives, chemical or biological weapons, or any device intended to cause harm, where such materials are restricted or banned.
- **Data Sovereignty:** Vault Users are also responsible for ensuring that they comply with the data sovereignty laws of the country where the data resides.

**Note:** Firevault reserves the right to interpret, investigate, and act on violations of this policy in accordance with international treaties, cybersecurity norms, and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for the legality of the data they store.
