Client engagement files, working papers and privileged records are taken off firm networks and written to dedicated RAID 1 drives inside a Firevault Bunker.

Step 02

### Disconnect

Between sessions the drives have no network connection. No IP address. No API. Former staff credentials cannot unlock hardware that is not connected to any system.

### Retrieve

When an authorised partner needs access, a physical connection is created after identity verification. Every session is logged for GDPR, SRA, ICAEW and FRC audit trails.
