When someone you invite starts an Offline Secure Storage® instance, you are both credited. ## Your friend One month of their subscription credited Applied to the second month, after the first payment has cleared and the drive has shipped. ## You One month of your subscription credited Applied to your next invoice. There is no cap on the number of successful referrals you can make. ## Teams and organisations Agreed separately Where the referral leads to a Storage or Enterprise instance, we discuss the reward with you directly before anything is confirmed. ## Terms of the scheme - The referral must be made using your personal invite link, so the referrer is recorded at checkout. - Rewards apply only once the referred customer has completed their first payment and their instance is active. - Credits are applied to future invoices. They are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred. - Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and referrals of an existing customer are not eligible. - A credit is withdrawn if the referred subscription is cancelled or refunded within the first 30 days. - Firevault may amend or withdraw the scheme.
