How large can a single vault be?

Vault runs from 2TB to 8TB. Larger estates use Storage, from 20TB to 300TB and beyond.

Can more than one person retrieve records?

Ownership is one vault per user. Teams add a seat per person so retrieval is attributable.

How does this evidence technical measures?

Physical disconnection is a technical measure you can describe and demonstrate, with retrieval recorded per session.

Does this replace our existing backup?

No. Keep the backups you use for day-to-day restores. Offline Secure Storage® holds the copy that has to survive when those backups are inside the incident.

Is immutable cloud storage not the same thing?

Immutability is a policy enforced by a platform that is still reachable over the internet. Physical disconnection removes the route rather than restricting it.

How quickly can we get records back?
