Offline Secure Storage for the data your business depends on. Protected, not just backed up.

Contracts, financial records, operational documents, supplier agreements and the evidence that keeps a business trading. Keep the working files online and move the records that must survive anything into physically disconnected storage.

A simple continuity question

If your systems disappeared this morning, could the business prove what it owns and what it owes?

Most businesses could restore files eventually. Fewer can produce the specific evidence needed to keep trading.

01

A contract cannot be found.

The signed version is somewhere between email, a shared drive and a previous system.

Commercial risk
02

Ransomware stops trading.

Operations halt because every record the business needs is inside the encrypted estate.

Ransomware
03

An audit arrives.

Evidence exists but proving completeness and integrity takes weeks of effort.

Audit
04

A key supplier fails.

Dependencies and obligations were only documented inside a platform you no longer control.

Supply chain
The Firevault principle

The problem is not only ransomware. It is that everything the business runs on is reachable from one place.

Contracts, financial records, plans and operational files usually share a single connected estate. One credential, one supplier or one mistake reaches all of it.

If the records the business could not rebuild are physically outside the estate, an incident becomes disruptive rather than existential.

Select → Secure → Disconnect → Access when required

A path that does not exist cannot be used

While the vault is disconnected there is no route from the network to the records inside it.

Cloud controls run inside the cloud

Retention locks and permissions are enforced by the same platform an attacker may already hold credentials for.

Selection beats volume

Only the records you could not recreate need to change state. Everyday collaboration stays where it is.

Continuity becomes provable

A disconnected copy is something you can show to an insurer, a client or a board.

The business data checklist

Identify what the business cannot trade without.

The aim is not to archive everything. It is to protect the records that prove ownership, obligation and compliance.

Your business inventory

Six areas most businesses already hold.

Use this as a first-pass inventory before deciding which Firevault product fits.

The Firevault difference

Not every business record needs to live online.

Keep the documents your teams use daily in the systems that suit them. Firevault is for the records that prove the business exists, trades and complies.

Everyday and connected

Keep convenience where it helps.

Cloud platforms suit active work, collaboration and daily operations.

  • Working documents
  • Live project files
  • Current correspondence
  • Team collaboration
  • Day-to-day operations
Important and offline

Give consequence a different state.

Selected records can be available when required without remaining permanently reachable.

  • Signed contracts
  • Statutory and tax records
  • Certifications and licences
  • Clean recovery copies
  • Insurance and continuity material

Ownership, sharing and evidence

The right person can reach the right record.

Business records outlive the people who created them. Ownership, controlled sharing and recorded access should be separate decisions.

SUCCESSION ROUTE
The owner controls everyday access. Selected files can be shared with an accountant, auditor or solicitor without exposing the vault.
No shared company login

Access is a decision, not a default.

Firevault separates ownership, sharing and evidence so protection does not weaken when somebody needs one document.

One vault per userAccess is linked to a verified individual rather than a shared company account.

Recorded retrievalRetrievals are logged so handling can be demonstrated later.

Why Firevault

Operations on top. Physical protection underneath.

A business should not need a security team to keep its most important records safe.

01

Physical storage

Offline Secure Storage instances are held on dedicated physical hard drives, not in S3 cloud buckets, shared storage pools or multi-tenant infrastructure. Your selected data is assigned to real hardware, with dedicated RAID 1 drives providing resilience.

02

Physical ownership

Each Offline Secure Storage instance is allocated to a specific customer, with dedicated physical capacity and clearly defined ownership. Your data is not pooled, commingled or held within a shared storage estate.

03

Physical control

Access begins outside the normal network path. An authorised out-of-band command, such as SMS, controls the physical Layer 1 connection to your #OSS instance. When access is not required, that network path is physically disconnected.

04

Physical security

Your #OSS hardware is housed in carefully selected, professionally managed data centres with layered physical security, resilient power and environmental controls. Access is tightly controlled using three-factor authentication, including biometric identification, supported by 24/7 monitoring, restricted access zones and a complete audit trail. Firevault Bunkers provide jurisdictional physical resilience across our international infrastructure.
