During your access windows, your vault comes online. You upload and download files through a simple browser interface, just like any file manager. When you are done, the vault goes back offline.
LUV (300GB) has one nominated access day each week, with a 12-hour access window on that day. All larger vaults (2TB and above) offer 24/7 on-demand access. You can upgrade at any time.
LUV (300GB) suits personal archiving and essential documents for everyone. For everyday use, the 2TB Personal vault is ideal. Professionals and families with large media libraries should consider 4TB or 8TB. All vaults include the same security and encryption.
Your upload will resume where it left off when you reconnect. Nothing is lost.
We buy and allocate a physical hard drive exclusively for you. The 3-year plan covers the cost of dedicated hardware and secure facility storage. It is not a software subscription, it is real infrastructure.
The 3-year plan is a fixed commitment. After your plan ends, you can renew monthly or retrieve your drive. We do not hold your data hostage.
