LUV is the entry-level service: 300GB on a shared LUV instance, with data physically isolated between users, opened on one nominated day a week for a 12-hour window. Vault is dedicated physical drives assigned to one customer, with 24/7 on-demand access.
No. Offline Secure Storage® runs on physical drives in a Firevault Bunker, not in cloud buckets. Each Vault is dedicated hardware assigned to one customer, and LUV keeps each user’s data physically isolated on a shared LUV instance.
It is physically disconnected, with no standing network path to reach it. A route exists only for an authorised session you open, and it is removed when the session ends.
File Manager, File Share, Vault Buddy and Vault Spare, 24/7 on-demand access, and setup and ongoing support. 8TB adds a dedicated account manager.
Because it is real hardware, not a cancellable software licence. Firevault buys a physical drive and allocates it exclusively to you. At the end of the term you can renew month by month, retrieve the drive, or upgrade.
Yes. You can move to a larger Vault, and migration of your stored data can be included. Beyond 8TB, Storage starts at 20TB.
Against a published model with two parts: Offline Secure Access Profiles, one for each named person who reaches it, and Offline Secure Storage Capacity, the disconnected capacity in fixed 20TB blocks. You receive a written proposal after scoping.
