How do we recall a matter quickly?

API and SFTP retrieval runs during an authorised session. The archive is reconnected for that session and disconnected again afterwards.

Where is the hardware held?

In one of our bunkers, on your premises, or a hybrid of both, depending on the obligations you are meeting.

Do we own the hardware?

Storage is provided on dedicated hardware you legally own, so the archive is never trapped inside someone else's platform.

How do we reopen a matter without leaving the archive online?
