The 3-year plan is a fixed commitment. After your plan ends, you can renew monthly or retrieve your drive. We do not hold your data hostage.
Yes. You can upgrade to a larger vault at any time. We will migrate your data to the new drive at no extra cost.

All vault users are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks ahead of being activated.
