300GB holds 75,000+ photos, 50+ hours of 4K video, or millions of documents. For most low use vault (luv)-tier users, it is more than enough.
We buy and allocate a physical hard drive exclusively for you. The 3-year plan covers the cost of dedicated hardware and secure facility storage. It is not a software subscription. It is real infrastructure.
The 3-year plan is a fixed commitment. After your plan ends, you can renew monthly or retrieve your drive. We do not hold your data hostage.
Yes. You can upgrade to a larger vault at any time. We will migrate your data to the new drive at no extra cost.
What you need to access your LUV
All vault users complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks before activation. LUV access is issued, there is no on-demand login or port control.
Issued vault access link
You receive a one-time access link from Firevault for each scheduled session. Links are single-use and time-bound.
Scheduled access windows
Two access windows per week, agreed during onboarding. Access is only possible inside these windows.
Active mobile number
Required for the SMS approval sent immediately before each session unlocks.
Identity verification is completed once during setup. Between sessions your vault is fully offline and physically disconnected.
