24/7 on-demand access
Offline does not have to mean inconvenient. A Vault is physically disconnected by default, and you can open an authorised session at any hour without booking a window or waiting for an operator.

Protection you cannot use gets worked around
Offline archives usually fail on convenience. If retrieval takes a ticket, a courier or a scheduled window, people quietly keep a second copy somewhere reachable, and that copy is what gets breached.
No waiting for a window
An incident, an audit request or a client deadline does not arrive during office hours. Access does not depend on one.
Usable like any drive
Upload, organise, search and retrieve through File Manager in the browser during the session. No specialist software to install.
No shadow copies
When the protected copy is genuinely reachable, there is no reason to keep a convenient unprotected duplicate elsewhere.
What happens when you need your files
Availability is continuous. The network route is not.
Start the session out of band
The request to open your Vault travels outside the normal network path, so nothing on the internet can begin a session for you.
Authenticate
Identity-locked credentials and multi-factor authentication are required before any route exists to enable.
The physical route is enabled
The connection to your dedicated hardware is made for this session only, in milliseconds rather than minutes.
Work in File Manager
Two-way access for the length of the session: upload, search, download and share selected files.
Close it and it goes offline
End the session, or let it expire, and the hardware is physically disconnected again with no route left waiting.
What on-demand access includes
The same model applies across 2TB, 4TB and 8TB Vaults.
Immediate sessions
No queue, no operator and no ticket. Authorisation is the only step between you and your files.
Out-of-band start
Sessions begin from your registered mobile, separate from the data path, so the control route is not reachable from the internet.
Time-boxed by design
A session lasts as long as the work needs, then closes. Availability is continuous; exposure is not.
Browser-based working
File Manager and Offline Secure Share are available inside the session on any supported device.
Every session logged
Who opened a session, when and what was done is retained, which is what an auditor or insurer asks for.
LUV is the alternative
Where records are consulted rarely, LUV offers one nominated day each week at a lower price point.
Related, but not the same thing
On-demand access answers when you can open a session. The physical principles answer who may open one, on what, and where it sits.
Physical control
The authorisation mechanism itself: out-of-band commands, identity checks and time-boxed sessions.
How access worksPhysical storage
That the files sit on real, known media rather than an abstract platform quota.
How storage worksDedicated hardware
Whose drives are being connected. One verified owner, never shared capacity.
Dedicated hardwarePhysical security
The bunker around the equipment: perimeter, power, environment and on-site staffing.
Inside the bunkersQuestions
Does 24/7 mean my Vault is always connected?
No. The Vault is physically disconnected by default. On-demand means you can authorise a session at any time, not that a route is permanently open.
How long does it take to reach my files?
Seconds. Once you authenticate, the physical route is enabled and File Manager opens in the browser.
Is there a limit on sessions?
Vault is designed for regular working use, with no scheduled window and no session booking.
What is the difference between Vault and LUV?
Vault provides 24/7 on-demand access from 2TB upwards. LUV is the low-use product with one nominated access day each week inside a 12-hour window.
Do I need software installed?
No. Access is through the browser, so a managed laptop or a borrowed machine both work within your policy.
Can several people have access?
Business instances support named users with their own verified identities and their own logged sessions. Vault Buddy is a separate succession route rather than routine shared access.
What happens if my session drops?
The route closes and the hardware returns to being disconnected. You simply authorise a new session.
Can I move from LUV to 24/7 access?
Yes. Existing data is migrated when you upgrade from LUV to a Vault.
Protection you will actually use
Choose 2TB, 4TB or 8TB and open your first session the same day your identity checks complete.
